CP-PWR-CUBE-3 is the Cisco Switching Power Supply made for the cisco 79xx series Ip phones. the Cisco phones mostly all are integrated with PoE supported RJ45 but in certain circumstances where PoE switches are not available the cisco CP-PWR-CUBE-3 needs to be purchased separately to enable the IP phone. The power cable is not included in any phone model unless it is specifically mentioned.CP-PWR-CUBE-3 is compatible with and can replace CP-PWR-CUBE-2 .
