Refund and Cancellation
For the benefit of our buyers, we aim to provide all relevant details on our website for each item along with their images. This takes a whole lot of effort to compile.Please make sure to select the right product as per your requirement , if item not opened and seal in box up to 48 hours after delivery you can return items and we issue credit note after 15 days . In the event of any manufacturing defect brought to our notice within 3 days of delivery, we will provide a replacement product at the earliest. We will need you to send back the product in its Original Packing with all accessories, instruction booklets, etc. that came with the pack (if any). Timelines of which will be informed to you at the time of generating a Return Request. A return request can be generated from your Account dashboard on Login. Although we take necessary steps to assure the correct product is delivered to you, in the event that a wrong product is delivered to you, please raise a Return Request. For an existing order which are not shipped upon cancellation, we can give the credit note. The credit note is issued as per the brand GPL of the item, excluding Site offers. For delivered we cannot cancel or change the order.
